Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Crafted from a durable base of steel and finished in an authentic pewter, the smaller back plate on this door knocker makes it ideally suited to doors with a narrow central panel. The ribbed pear shaped loop rests on a robust striker, designed to protect the surface of the door from damage after prolonged use.

Supplied with an easy to use fixing kit with all necessary fittings and instructions. Suitable for use on wooden and UPVC doors. Please do seek the advice of a local tradesperson or your door manufacturer for alternative fixings to suit your door type.
