Delivery & Collection Information

Order by 3 pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1 pm to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1 pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Larger items are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days, as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the property's curtilage edge or curbside.

Palletised deliveries are kerbside or vehicle-side only. Disposing of the pallet and any packaging is the customer's responsibility; however, this should be done only after the goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return them. Goods must be secured back on a pallet in the event of needing to arrange a return.

During busy times of the year (i.e Christmas), we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

For palletised items, please ensure you retain all packaging until goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return. Should you wish to return an item, it will need to be repackaged using the original pallet supplied. If packaging has not been retained, you will incur a respective cost as quoted to us by the courier. This cost will be reduced from the refundable value of your item.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Goliath’s generous rectangular table and eight chairs give it a grand, formal appearance. The warm antique bronze finish and intricate floral cutout chair backs add a richly ornamental, old-world character to the set.

The set includes eight complimentary showerproof, quick-dry cushions for added comfort while you are dining outdoors. Please note that due to popularity, your cushions will arrive separately a few weeks after your furniture. They are designed for outdoor use only and are not fire retardant. Fire retardant indoor cushions are available separately. The four table legs are joined by supporting arms for added stability, and a central parasol hole gives you the option to add a parasol of your choice.

Crafted from cast aluminium, The Goliath is resistant to rust and corrosion outdoors and requires minimal seasonal upkeep. To prevent dirt buildup on the surface of the metal, simply ensure that your set is wiped clean from time to time. Mild soap and detergents can also be used but please be wary of any paint finishes, as these may not be protected against chemicals found within these cleaning products.

We stand by our products: our garden furniture sets are backed by a 10 year structural guarantee. This covers the structural integrity of the metalwork, excluding cosmetic paintwork/finish, which will age naturally over time.
