Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

Expertly handcrafted and designed by our in-house team, the bench backrest features a bespoke name in an oval encasing which is surrounded by beautiful heart and scroll motifs. The main seat structure features a slatted design with slight curved arm rests for maximum comfort and support. Four bold legs ensure stability and durability whatever the season. Simply place in gardens, patios or ground and seat up to two people comfortably.
