Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

A stunning example of classical craftsmanship the Suffolk post and parcel box is abundant in period charm. The free standing design has been cast in aluminium and is available in a choice of sleek powder coated, colour finishes. Delightful in detail it has been adorned with a central bugle horn emblem and features a polished brass letter aperture. The hand turned pillar lends a sense of traditional drama to your home or driveway, and can be bolted or cemented in to place for a more secure outdoor feature. The lockable, front opening door is supplied with two cut keys for extra security.
