Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

The amazingly adaptable Grosvenor Telescopic Post Box, is a built-in type post box for installing into brickwork, stonework or any surface where built in post boxes are needed. The amazing part of the design of this delightful letter box is that you can adjust it to fit your brickwork or stonework. Made from cast aluminium and finished in a black midnight finish, the word 'LETTERS' adorn the top of the post box in gold. Complete with a lockable door, it will keep letters safe and secure. A very visually stunning and versatile post box, designed to give years of service.
