Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January.
