Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Finished in black, this single piece of steel has been handcrafted by highly skilled craftsman. The texture of the steel can be seen throughout and provides a history and story behind the creation of this door knocker, with each hammer blow preserved into its shape. Placed upon a diamond shaped backplate, which includes four pre-drilled holes for easy installation (fixing screws provided), this strong and robust door knocker is the ideal way to hear visitors and friends arriving.
