Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January.

For some the pineapple is just a fruit but to others, the pineapple is a symbol of hospitality, warm welcomes and celebration. Once a rare and costly tropical fruit, if friends and guests were presented with freshly cut pineapple it portrayed that the host had wealth, power and connections, sparing no expenses for family and friends. Designed and created by our in house team, this pineapple hanging basket bracket comes complete with integral hook and matching backplate which features pre-drilled holes for easy installation and mounting to exterior walls. Detailed throughout with a voluminous crown and giant pinecone body, it is finished in a black powder coating. A fantastic addition to any home.
