Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

With traditional features in the Gothic tradition this lever lock set is designed for use with a sash lock. Available in a range of finishes (see below for details) it is supplied complete with matching fixing screws. The arched finials are reminiscent of the Gothic style, with the more contemporary diamond shaped notched handle providing an interesting contrast in style. Please note that these handles are sprung.

• Internal or external use
• Baked in a high temperature oven to protect finish
• Wipe with a lightly oiled cloth occasionally to maintain finish. Rejuvenate the glossy finish using a quality metal based paint
