Delivery Information

Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1pm to qualify for next day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

During Christmas, we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2026.

The solid, weighty construction makes these handles robust and high-quality. These handles come with a strong spring built into the design, ensuring the handle won’t sag over time.

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use where keylocking is required. Comes in a complete set including two lever latch handles and bolt through fixings; for added convenience, it also comes with matching stainless steel wood screws. See technical drawings for more details.

It is designed to be suitable for use with a 5-lever sash lock BS for compatibility with British Standard security locks.
