Delivery & Collection Information

Order by 3 pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1 pm to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1 pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Larger items are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days, as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the property's curtilage edge or curbside.

Palletised deliveries are kerbside or vehicle-side only. Disposing of the pallet and any packaging is the customer's responsibility; however, this should be done only after the goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return them. Goods must be secured back on a pallet in the event of needing to arrange a return.

During busy times of the year (i.e Christmas), we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

For palletised items, please ensure you retain all packaging until goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return. Should you wish to return an item, it will need to be repackaged using the original pallet supplied. If packaging has not been retained, you will incur a respective cost as quoted to us by the courier. This cost will be reduced from the refundable value of your item.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This Stunning “Lacework” pavilion is the largest and finest in our growing collection. Standing at a magnificent 15ft Tall in her central dome, with a weight exceeding 1 ton of wrought iron, the Royal Alexandria is an absolutely bewitching design. This fabulous “Scroll and Leaf” construction, of mainly solid rod and heavy gauge materials, takes at least three Blacksmiths over three weeks to create, with each and every minute detail lovingly fitted into place by hand.

The Royal Alexandria is an impressive three-and-a-half meters square, and when dressed with “Uplighters”, she is a breathtaking example of “Art in Ironwork”. Resplendent by day, and dazzling by night, her sheer size means she is not for the feint hearted.

To admire her at her most regal, we would advise that she is mounted on her own prepared base and in well-appointed grounds. The “Royal Alexandria" has four facades each with an entrance, and a large central dome extending upwards in her centre. The luxury version also available in this section is supplied with doors. She is a work of art, and for those that fall under her spell, she will leave a lasting impression of unrivalled splendour.

As she is, the Royal Alexandria is a proud and magnificent focal point in any setting. However, if you feel that you would like to have her finished in a different colour, we will do our very best to accommodate this, and she will be finished in this basecoat by hand in our workshop. Please allow for up to two months delivery time on special colour requests.
