Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January.

The design means the fan is powered from the heat from your stove or log burner as well as a small motor, making it a environmentally friendly way to heat up rooms without having to resort to your normal heating methods. This comes complete in a sleek midnight black, perfect for complementing any log burner or stove.

Please note that, due to its design and its proximity to your fireplace or log burner, this stove fan will get hot during use. Keep out of reach of small children and pets, and don’t handle or touch the fan when it’s being used. We’d also advise allowing enough time for the stove fan to cool down before handling after use.
