Delivery Information

Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1pm to qualify for next day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

During Christmas, we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2026.

The pneumatic lift-up lid is both durable and easy to use for couriers delivering to your doorstep.

The secure keylock front access offers straightforward retrieval of your parcels, providing simplicity and ease of use.

This product includes four fixing bolts that can be attached to the floor through the pre-drilled internal holes, providing added security and stability for your belongings.

For those with more limited space, this product is also available in a more compact version. Offering the same protection with a smaller footprint.
