Delivery & Collection Information

Order by 3 pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1 pm to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1 pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Larger items are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days, as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the property's curtilage edge or curbside.

Palletised deliveries are kerbside or vehicle-side only. Disposing of the pallet and any packaging is the customer's responsibility; however, this should be done only after the goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return them. Goods must be secured back on a pallet in the event of needing to arrange a return.

During busy times of the year (i.e Christmas), we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

For palletised items, please ensure you retain all packaging until goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return. Should you wish to return an item, it will need to be repackaged using the original pallet supplied. If packaging has not been retained, you will incur a respective cost as quoted to us by the courier. This cost will be reduced from the refundable value of your item.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ideal for those with a love for classic design and clean lines, this lamp post set takes inspiration from traditional Victorian designs seen lining streets throughout history. Finished in a signal black, the lamp post itself has been crafted from a combination of robust cast iron and high-quality rolled steel, whilst the supplied bracketry has been expertly cast from aluminium. Available in your choice of black or antique brass, this set comes complete with three lower-mounted lantern heads. Inspired by period design, each lantern features a classic shape, tiered upper finial and front-opening door for ease of bulb changing. The perfect way to add both light and style to your drive, entryway or garden space.

As with all of our lamp posts, we recommend that this design is installed by a professional tradesperson or electrician.

INSTALLATION INFORMATION
This lamp post must be wired up by a qualified electrician. The wiring and electrical connectors are not included.

The lamp post must also be fastened to a foundation pad of concrete using anchor bolts. We recommend you seek the advice of a qualified builder to do this work.

As these items are made from cast iron and then painted black we recommend Hammerite paint be used to any chips.

This lamp must be installed by a qualified electrician. The wiring and the electrical parts are not included, however bulb holders are supplied with the lanterns.
