Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

With his calm and placid expression this Lovely door Knocker also includes a great design feature to accommodate doors where a privacy door viewer is required. Below Buckingham’s chin we have allowed extra space to add your viewer. This is a particularly useful addition on a front door without any glass panes fitted, or where there is no window close by to see your approaching visitor. Your splendid lion door knocker is available in polished regal brass, contemporary bright chrome and Victorian black iron finishes.
