A message from the workshop orders placed now will be processed from 2nd January onwards.

Delivery Information

Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1pm to qualify for next day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

During Christmas, we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2026.

Crafted from high quality cast iron and aluminium, this post and parcel box is the ideal way to keep mail safe and secure. Hand painted in a vivid watermelon pink finish, this post box will certainly add colour and character to the exterior of your property. Complete with ornate detailing backplate, it adds a romantic feel to the overall piece, whilst the pre-drilled holes allow for easy installation to any wall. Complete with lockable lid, hooded aperture and liftable lid, this post box ensures letters and small parcels are kept secure.

Please note: As a bespoke, hand-finished product it may take an additional 7 - 10 days, on top of any existing lead time, to allow for painting and finishing.
